England v India T20 Betting

England take on India in one T20 international looking to keep the pressure on their opponents who have just been thrashed in the Test series.

England will make a few important changes to their team which will allow some of the senior Test players to go and have a break. This will provide a chance to some younger members of the England setup to come into the side and try to do well against one of the best teams in the world when it comes to ODI cricket. This bodes well for England and a 4/5 price with Skybet looks fairly decent value.

India will also see this match as an opportunity to move on and forget about the thrashing they have just received. India will also make a couple of changes but there will be some players in the team who are determined to prove they are a lot better than their form during the Test matches showed. India need to put on a show for the sake of competition between the two teams. At odds of 21/20 they are not be ignored.

England’s batting will change and a number of players will take up places in the team. One of them will be the wicket keeper Craig Kieswetter. The Somerset batsman has been in the T20 side before and played a key role in the team when England won the World Cup in this format of the game. Kieswetter is one of the few England batsmen who will be able to take a match like this away from India in a short space of time.

India will make changes but there will still be a couple of key players in the side who England will know all about. Virender Sehwag is one of them and he will take apart the England attack if they don’t get things absolutely right from the very first ball. Sehwag could potentially set India up with a massive total which will be difficult for England to chase down, in form or not.

On the bowling front there are going to be two key players for England. Graeme Swann may not be able to put on a perfect display of spin and skill in this game but it’s his control which will be important more than anything else. He may need to tie down one end if India get off to a rampant start. Captain Stuart Broad will also be an important player. Broad needs to carry on the way he bowled in the Test matches series and make sure that his length doesn’t drop shorter.

For India there could be any number of bowlers who potentially star on the bowling front. Praveen Kumar has to be one of the best bets to take the most wickets against England in this game. Kumar has no pace but he is consistent and he has played a lot of T20 cricket in his relatively short career. Kumar also has many subtle variations.
